The ascension of the world wars have taught a great deal to the people of the world just how precious life is. This can be categorized by Germany losing its land, army, and valuable resources, the effects of genocide running rampant throughout Jewish community, and the rules of war are carefully mended. Many changes occurred after the Allies tightened their grip on Germany. Germany soon realized after the war that their second attempt to take over the world had failed miserably. After war sanctions reduced Germany to four divided territories. The United States, Great Britain, Russia and France were to take control over Germany taking the four cardinal directions to ensure the destruction of Germany. The over throw of Hitler came down on the German race especially hard by creating animosity toward all the Allie powers. Germany was to stop all military actions, especially the production of military equipment. This became a big part of Germanys economic downfall. Their economy was based primarily on the production of war materials. This led to a great depression lasting for almost 20 years during Germanys recovery to worldwide acceptance. Despite all Germanys attempts to rebuild what the lost twice, it was never gained back to its original strength. Many horrible actions took place in Europe during the early 1940s. Many of which occurred because of only racial and religious backgrounds. Although the mastermind behind all this genocide was not what he claimed to be the master race, over two million Jewish people lost there lives in vain. 2nd Essay Sample on Cause and Effect Drinking and driving is a very bad combination. Mixing the two would be deadly for many people driving on the streets. In 2011, 9,878 people were killed and approximately 350,000 were injured. Each crash, each death, each injury impacts not only the person in the crash, but family, friends, classmates, coworkers and more. It cannot only kill you but could also kill the people around you. This can all be prevented if people make smarter choices and think twice before going behind the wheel. Driving under the influence or DUI can hurt you or anyone in your path of destruction. â€Å"Research shows that after 5-7 drinks the brain is numbed that one cannot even hold a pen yet alone get behind the wheel of a car yet people decide to make the obvious mistake and end up in horrible results. † Driving under the influence is a large number of deaths and injures on the road. There have been numerous cases of people driving under alcohol and involved in fatal accidents. Driving under the influence of alcohol is a crime and if found guilty, you can be fined heavily, sent to prison or have your license suspended. Possible prevention measures examined here include establishing DWI courts, suspending or revoking driver licenses, impounding or confiscating vehicle plates, impounding or immobilizing vehicles, enforcing open container bans, increasing penalties such as fines or jail for drunk driving, and mandating alcohol education.
